each seasons of grief + loss set includes:

• six folded cards with original artwork
• six reflection inserts with trauma-informed prompts written for both the sender and the receiver
• six envelopes
• six envelope seals
• a note on how-to use the cards
• a writing practice tracker

Each set is designed to be shared with one person over six months — not a variety pack to split across different recipients. The emotional arc of the six cards is meant to be experienced as a whole, by one person, over time. If you'd like to send cards to multiple people, we'd recommend purchasing one set per person.
